Run the Spectrum creates sensory-friendly walks and runs designed to be flexible, welcoming, and judgment free. Our focus is simple. Help families show up, move at their own pace, and feel like they belong. Everything we do is built by parents, for families. Whether you are here to participate, support, or learn more, you are part of the community.
